As I have read the speech of Steve Jobs, I was so amazed of what he revealed and I learned a lot out from that speech. The three stories were as simple as that but it have a great impact to me and I am expecting that to all of us who read the speech.
About the first story was all about connecting the dots, the dots signifies a milestone of a person based on what he/she have experience. All the dots whether it is a success or a failure, it could be called a nice one for us because as what Steve Jobs said that we can’t connect the dots if we are looking forward but we can connect it by looking backwards. Because all our experiences are the keys on what we are today and for the future, we can learn from our experiences and we could be stronger through it. And we should trust the dots for it will connect somehow to our future.
The second story was all about love and loss, in these Steve Jobs found his passion at an early age. He really pursue on the things that he love most especially in his fields. Though the love for his work he achieve his goals and now a successful one. But not all the time people are experiencing happiness and contentment in life but we are also equipped to experience the ones that could make us down. In connection with Steve Jobs at 30 he was totally publicly out, he was really down at that time but he did not gave up instead he still continue doing things that could make him happy and things he really love that’s why after years passed by he was amazingly discover again in the company NEXT, where later on bought by the Apple company. So, he still goes back where he deserves to be. It is a lesson to us that we should not let emotions rolled over us but it is the passion and love towards our work to continue whatever be the cause out of it. We should think that the failure is our key to continue what we want to achieve. And we should be inspired by the people around us.
The third story was all about death, as Steve was diagnosed with cancer, he was really depressed facing all day long thinking of his sickness. But fortunately, he overcomes that sickness through surgery. But what is the lesson being elaborate in the storyis that we should live our life to the fullest every day we face because we don’t know our time and we can’t resist it if it is really the call for us. So, we should do things that we know that we can do it for that day to be a step in meeting our goals in life. That’s why we should always put into our minds that we should do lot of things that we want to and give out our best and live as if there is no tomorrow.
To close this, I will agree to what he is wishing for himself and for the people in front of him to stay hungry and to stay foolish. If we still not achieve our goals continue to pursue it and make things that could make us happy and contented.
At first I already have a little idea of what is a personality traits test and what comprises of this. But that idea is not that kind as broad as what I have researches, read and understand over the net. After I read of some articles, I come up with my own commentary of what is a personality traits test are. It is series of tests that design to delineate the aspects of a person’s idiosyncrasy or a person’s attribute that dwell in an individual lifetime. Where personality also denotes of a person’s totality of the psychological, emotional, intellectual and physical characteristics or it also signifies as the totality patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving that makes up of a unique individual. In connection, an individual has a unique personality that each of us really differs from one another in some circumstances. And it is impossible to have the same personality to the other person. But in some point a part or some of the personality of the person could be adopted or influenced through the person’s environment as days and times goes by.
It was last last Saturday when our facilitator conducted our exam in technopreneurship. The exam covers all about a personality traits test with 30 questions that is answerable with A or B and each answers corresponded with a score of 0, 1 and 2 which depends on a given situation and we were given 30 minutes to answer it. The exam will help us students to determine our capacity as an individual and in connection to the business world as a technopreneur. As what our facilitator told us before the exam started that we should answer it honestly with our own and no need to compare our answers to each of everyone in the class. As I am going to take the exam given, I’ve set in my mind that I should answer it with my own sites and choose the best answer were I am fitted and describes me as how I react to every questions stated. I am so glad that I got a score that explains that I am somewhat a technopreneur and I am so happy because in the first place my thinking is some kind a technopreneur. I know that the result would help me a lot on what should I take to have a better career and a brighter future.
To those questions I have encountered I could say that every person possess a unique personality in a way that we could respond differently in every situation or in every cases given. All of us have the distinctive traits that could mold as a better person but there are also some traits that it could not help us to be a better one. The exams covers about financial and emotional circumstances that each of us should be responsible to have the choice we want.
Along my way in reading some articles about personality traits test, there is one topic that really struck me most these is the 5 factors or shall they called it as “ Big Five Personality Traits “. In these 5 factors model of personality in a workplace, it also shows how the personality factors predict job satisfaction and performance of each individual. I will elaborate these factors and relate it to my personal traits as being who I am. These are it:
• EXTRAVERSION- in this trait it consist of many factors like being active, expressive and communicative in any ways where these traits are really needed of an individual to be a good technopreneur because along the way to success a technopreneur with his or her ideas it really needs to express it to the customers or person who are interested in a business or the product itself. As a technopreneur expresses his or her ideas it is really a big part to be a communicative or talkative to the people around them and a technopreneur should possesses a good communication skills. Being active is also a part of it, so that every technopreneur should not appear lousy to his or her customers as they have the conversation about the products or the business. For me, I could say that I possesses these 3 factors because I am really talkative in any way that there will be an any topic to be discussed in connection I am also expressive in a way that all I have in my mind during the conversation I will really say it even it is a bad or good ideas about the topic and lastly being active, I also say that I am active or energetic but it depends on the situation. In addition, I have also equipped with self- confidence most of the time.
• OPENNESS- in this trait a person is in need to have willingness or readiness in terms of receiving an impressions or accepting an ideas from others. Being a technopreneur, he or she should know how to cooperate with the people around and to be successful in his or her work; a technopreneur should open their minds to any other options and ideas that could make their projects or businesses to be successful. In relation to myself, I am ready to accept any criticism from the people around me because in that way it can help me mold to be a good person and I am willing and ready to hear their suggestions and ideas because it can help me to achieve my goals in life. Even though that criticism that I could hear from them will hurt me or it could disappoint me in either way, I will accept it because maybe there are true of saying that and they help me to be aware of it. I could also say that most of the times I really ask the help my family, friends, mentors or any person that I could rely on to help me decide for making things right. I will not also keep that in mind that it could make me down but it is a way of being an individual with strong characteristic and molds me to be a better one.
• CONSCIENTIOUSNESS- it is a trait that explains that it is guided by or the quality of being in accord with the dictates of conscience. It is also a trait that a person is ready to take or accept pains or failures through along the road he or she takes. A technopreneur should possess this trait because along the way he or she should decide on perfect plans that his or her conscience is badly needed along it. And with the plans a technopreneur should be very organized and make things right with the help of the people around them, they should also identify and set their priorities in life. Being also careful is one factor of this trait, because If I will relate it to myself about this trait, I could really say that sometimes I am not possessing this kind of trait especially in times that I may fail or I can experience pains, it is really a big deal for me that it came to a point that I can think that there’s no reason to fight for or to continue whatever doings I should. In contrast to this matter, I am a good listener to my conscience. And I know that being a good listener to my conscience started or developed in the latter stage in my life.
• AGREEABLENESS- in this trait it elaborates about the tendency of a person that being compassionate and cooperative to others is really an important thing. Being kind and sympathetic in all means. In relation to being a technopreneur, one must possess this trait because a businessman should give an interest to what he or she must work on and a desire to work on to that area of business, and being cooperative to his colleagues is also needed because as what the saying pertaining to “NO MAN IS AN ISLAND!!!”, we really need the people around us to help or to make a better and successful projects. We need their support especially from our family, friends and love ones to be inspired in building a brighter future. As to being kind and sympathetic, as an individual we should be kind to our work and to others, in connection a technopreneur should be kind to whoever he or she may doing any transactions like the customers involved or to his or her people in a company and a technopreneur should be kind to their work to produce a good outcome. One must also possess a characteristic that we should be aware of the feelings towards people around us especially with our customers and the colleagues we interact with because our main priority is to be involved to our clients or customers with their feelings and how they connects to the business and to the products. As to myself, I think I am qualified because all the traits above I stated, I have this quality and I am willing to learn or develop more my characteristics in a way that I can be a good technopreneur someday. Therefore, these trait should everyone possesses to have a peaceful and harmonious living.
• NEUROTICISM- it is a trait that a person tends to experience unpleasant emotions easily or experience a rapid mood change. Along my way in writing about this trait, I know that this is really a big problem to me that I should overcome and help myself not to get drown from this trait. Because I am really particular of my feelings or my mood in all times, it is really a big deal for me because every time I interact with the people around me it depends on the situations or what I feel about it in a specific time. But sometimes I could not really manage the change of my mood, I don’t know why but maybe because what is happening during that time was really a destructive thing happen to me. During the times that I feel nervous, I could get calm after if the thing or job is finish. And I really keep in my mind that I should control my emotions or my mood swings in every situations I experience or to whom I am interacting with. So that, I could do my job well and to have a concentration on what to do. In relation by being a technopreneur, one must attain to control it so that no hindrances to come up to a better results and so that all of us don’t have any other struggles along our way.
Because of these “Big Five Personality Traits” now I know myself more and what traits should I change or work on and what traits should I continue to be better person. It is really important to know our self and the people around us, so that we could avoid any conflicts with them and understanding each other is the best choice to make all things with peace and harmony.
Because of the test with the lectures we had that was conducted by our facilitator, I was able to learned a lot out of it like how to attain my goals in life, how to be contented in the results of what I do, how to be mold as a better person and the most important is how to achieve a technopreneur mind or to be a business minded person. That is why our facilitator told us that there is still hope for us to develop this kind of characteristics and there is a room for us to improve our selves. I know that I could perform better than I did before. And now, I am really encourage to help myself in some fields that needs to focus on the things that should be improve more because this is the key to form me into a new person that all I think are all about how to be happy and being successful in life and in my chosen career.
In every situation or circumstances that we may encounter, each of us react or deal with it differently because each of us is unique in our own little way. I know that what I stated is really true. Like for example, in treating our colleagues and family we have various ways on how could we express our feelings towards them or expressing it in a way that they want us and they could feel the happiness and contentment on what we do where efforts really counts on to make it for them.
As what I stated above, the coverage of the exam was all about financial, emotional matters and being a business minded person. There are characteristics that may be involved in it and in my own understanding and analyzing the given questions, I came up to this point that I can enumerate the traits or the characteristics involved all throughout the exam and being a good and successful technopreneur.
First on the line is accepting our own wrong doings and willingness to be change for better. In this, if we did wrong or just we say if we did mistakes sometimes, we will not stick to that doings instead of we will find any ways on how we could improve ourselves. Just what had happened in my subject Discrete Math, the first time I took the subject I really find it very hard and honestly I hate situations that really involve numbers but with the course I take it is impossible that there is no instances that we will not face problems involving numbers and we know that all the days of our lives should deal with numbers. I find it interesting at first but as the times went by I find very disgusting but some of our teachers said that it is easy for students who are good in analysis but I admit that I am not good on that but I could study for it to understand more. But unfortunately, I failed in that subject. Throughout the semester I know that it is impossible that I could pass it because with the results that were given unto us that I could find it very disappointing in my part and I know that I feel the same way with my friends and other classmates. Maybe because I am not that kind of interested or maybe because I extended a little effort to that matter that is why I failed but I accept that it was my mistake that is why it happens to me. But the next time I enrolled to that subject, I really extended a great effort during those times because I learned a lot from my mistakes which really help me to persevere to pass it and I am really determined to be one of the passers but again, unfortunately I did not belong in the list of the students who pass. At that time I was really depressed and disappointed to myself because I know that I really give out my best in those times. I could not accept the result because I know that I learn out of it and I exerted more efforts. But I have no choice but to accept the reality maybe it was not the time yet, I just put it in my mind that God have many plans for me. But for the next time I will take up the subject I will really concentrate in that thing and extend more and more efforts so that I could attain the passing score. In this it is clearly stated that I am willing to change my bad doings or the mistakes I have made.
In connection with the first trait, encountering problems or a good fighter is the next one. In this matter all of us are really in to this because we are not here in our place today if we don’t face problems. Right? I know that problems really a great discouraging thing happen to us, that it came to a point that sometimes we could not fight it because of we are emotionally weak. But we should think that problems are given by God to mold us as strong individuals that could fight in every dilemma that comes to our lives but of course if we ask the help of our heavenly king, our God nothing is impossible. So as dilemma comes in our way along our journey it is normal to experience because it will really help us in the future to be strong enough to fight all of the trials that we may encounter along our way to success. Being criticized by others, or shall I call it as for good or bad criticism. This trait could be way to break one’s self, it could be a way that we feel that we are really down because what the people say about us but we are not really trying to find out what is the reason why they say it to me? For me being criticized by others is really okay because I know that I need the help of the people around me and I should be open minded to accept the reality that it could help me as an individual. And I know that there criticism is my way on determination on what I should do and prove to them that what they say about me is not true. This trait could help us to have good results in the near future.
Setting priorities, we need to learn to set our priorities in life. Those who know exactly what they want to accomplish in a day do far better at accomplishing long term goals, because to meet long term goals a person has to meet their daily goals - a fact missed by many people. This is one of the most important traits that everyone possesses especially the technopreneurs because there are a lot of priorities to be in a proper place in a proper time. For the technopreneurs their first priority is to have money, next of it is to be successful in their own way. As of now my priorities in life are, this is on the top of the list to finish my studies with good grades and on the specific time of 4 years, next on the list is to have a good and stable job so that my earnings in that job could be my key to have my own successful business and it is a primary key to build our own business and to earn money more than I expect, proper time for my business, time for my family and friends.
In relation to have a successful business, I honestly say that I wish someday that I could earn a lot of money to sustain my needs and for my family. I want to help them in any ways I can and I know that everyone think the same way I do. And I want that in time I will not be just an employee but an employer. In connection with the time, I could say that I am a family oriented person I love spending my time with my family because I could say that they are my life, my inspiration and my strengths. With my friends I love spending my leisure time with them, building a stronger bond of friendship because I can forget all the stress things happen to me if I am with them. And I know that someday if I will become a technopreneur I really need the support of family, friends and colleagues in a way that I could not enjoy the success I am experiencing without them. With the help of the people around me, I could make things better for my business. Being optimistic is foreseeing things in a positive way not withstanding any circumstances that may hinder progress. The assertiveness of an individual depends on his knowledge of how to handle a difficult situation. If I will become a technopreneur in time I will possess this kind of characteristic because we should have a positive outlook in life for the future and it is one key that a technopreneur will be successful in the world of business.
Being creative is also one trait that we should possess because we should think outside the box or we should not limit our capacity to the four corners of the box, we should go beyond it so that we could explore and learn more. Expanding one's mind of what is beyond the ordinary. Maybe in this matter, I should develop my creativity towards a certain thing because I know I am weak in this matter but I will strive hard to possess this kind of trait.
Being stable in any ways either in physical, mental, social or emotional, a technopreneur must possess a stable life which means that he or she could handle tough situations during tough times. All of us must be stable enough to build for our brighter and successful future. Being charismatic states that it is an intelligence of communicating with different walks of life. Who says a charming man is less than an intelligent one? A good techopreneur must have the certain magic listening in his eyes and could convey enchanting words to get hold of that convincing power. Because along the journey, a technopreneur must communicate with the people around, the customers or the clients and along the way the technopreneur should convince the clients so that the clients will be more attractive with the products you have endorse.
I could relate some of the traits I have been stated because I know in me that I possess these things. That is why the result of the exam really fit in to somewhat entrepreneurial. And I could say that the result is true and it tells me who really I and what would be the roads to take for the future.
There are also traits that are proven that I possess all throughout my latter stage in life, my friends told me lately that I have these traits. And wow! I am really amazed that my friends know me well and I am happy with these traits I have.
Being responsible… they told me that I am responsible because I handle situations that needed ideas and good decision making and they say that I face it with critical judgment.
A person with full of ideas… they told me that they say this because I give suggestions on how should other person or things should be. And I am setting them in order and willing to accept the ideas of others.
A person that manages time… they told me that I am a time manager because I make sure that I could fit on the time I have, meeting deadlines on time or if possible ahead of it. I always avoid being delayed and I always look forward.
Being a motivator… they told me that I motivates people around me especially my friends. That I always make sure that the people me is in the right path and motivating more to be optimistic in life, showing them sympathy and trying to put myself in their shoes, giving them a poke or shaking their hands for a job well done or any great achievements they have. In short, I congratulate them and make them to strive for more.
With those traits that my friends told me, I am inspired in a way that they see me even in a little way I could express myself to them. And I am inspired to continue whatever steps I make to be successful and to be a part of every ones success also.

1. WHAT ARE THE FACTORS THAT CONTRIBUTED TO THE SUCCESS AND FAILURE OF STEVE JOBS AS A TECHNOPRENEUR?
Before I will answer the question, I will first define what is technopreneurship and what is technopreneur all about. A technopreneurship is involved in delivering an innovative hi-tech product or makes use of hi-tech in an innovative way to deliver its product to the consumer. It is not a product but a process of synthesis in engineering the future of a person, an organization, a nation and the world. In a digital, knowledge based society, strategic directions or decision making processes will be highly in demand and complex. In this business, it really requires a tertiary level and professional development programs and training to develop and produce strategic thinkers who will have the skills to succeed in a dynamically in changing global environment.
All of us are destined to experience the success or the ups in our lives and the failures or the downs of our lives. Everyone who undergo success in life feel that they have achieve their goals and they enjoy being happy. While the ones who experiencing failures feel that it is the most miserable thing happen to them. Then again, if every one of us is broad minded, we will not be affected of the trials that we experience but we take it as a challenge to go beyond what we have done. And face what would happen in the future.
These are the factors that contributed to the success of Steve Jobs:
ØHe had the Desire and Action
Steve Jobs has an aspiration to be famous and be a good technopreneur. In connection to that desire, he had persuaded in his goals in life and makes a step to make things as good as he expect. He has the drive and motivation to persevere and make things when things are not going as expected.
ØKeen or Passionate
Steve Jobs shows an interest in going beyond what they anticipated; they want to reach the success in his business together with Steve Wozniak, who was also his partner in inventing the computer. Of all the cast-off they encountered from a lot of company which they proposed to sell the small computer, amazingly one company has offered them a big amount of cash to purchased what they invented. That was the Apple Computers Company started.
ØHard Working and Determination
This is one of the components that we need to be able to succeed in life. All of us have
goals in life, to be able to achieve it we are should strive hard to attain those what we want for our future. Most people think that many things are impossible but the reason behind those things is people don’t want to try or do the hard ones, they chooses tomake the simple ones which is not good because in this case we are limiting our capacity in doing things possible. But if we are really determined and we work hard for it, we could achieve what we want in our lives which it could satisfy us. As what I observed with Steve Jobs in the movie, he really work hard for those things and together with his friend Wozniak they showed an interest in electronics and they are eager to work for it to come up with a very good results. They are really determined to communicate or conciliate with the companies which needed their products and a company that makes use of it.
ØKnowledgeable and Wise
As a technoprenuer, they should possess with a large or broad knowledge about what they are working for. In this, Steve has a better understanding, he knows a great deal and he is well-informed to that specific thing he wants to work for. Being wise is the ability of a person to choose or make a right decision or judgement by applying intelligent thought to a wide range of experiences and knowledge with prudence which results with the use of his ability. Steve Jobs have this characteristic because it really shows that he is a wise man especially by the time that he chooses the people who were soon be involved in his company, he showed that he should choose for an employee with great experiences and have knowledge about his business. He wants inimitable employees who are working in his company, which are also eager to be train and have a broad mind. Because Steve wants the best of all the best for his company, in connection he succeeds in this matter.
These are the factors that contributed to the failure of Steve Jobs:
ØAbusive to his workers and Insensitive
Steve Jobs over worked his employees, in result to this, his employees arise over him and have the confidence to shut to his face. He decided that his workers will work for 90 hours a week which is not good for the employees because it is too much to work with that number of hours. He should know the limitations and capacity of his workers if they can do or perform well in their job if they don’t have enough rest. And how about their health? If they overuse their bodies and minds they will get sick and how could they give out their best in their jobs. Steve is too abusive to his employees. He also don’t care to his workers whether his words that came from his mouth could hurt the people around him.
ØShort-tempered
If an individual or a technopreneur have this characteristic would probably one of the reasons why a business would fail. In the movie Steve Jobs showed that he could easily be angry when a dilemma came in their company or in his environment.Like he had asked about the programs which are made by the programmer he easily get mad, he raised his voice and his probably out of control. As a team to work on a project, all of us should adjust in every situation especially when it comes to being a short tempered person because it is really hard to communicate or approach a person who had this characteristic.
ØArrogant
Some other says that being an arrogant is good if you have the business because too much confidence is much needed in this case. It is also an over bearing of manner or haughtiness. This is one factor that’s why Steve faces failures in his life. As he succeeds in his business and as the time went by, he changed a lot and the superiority was attached to him. He is too confident even though it is not in proper.
2. HOW WOULD YOU SEE YOURSELF AS A TECHNOPRENEUR?
First and foremost I would like to define what is a technopreneur and technopreneurship? And how would it affect us individually? What is the role of this in the business world? A technopreneur is a compound word made up of technology and entrepreneur. Thus, technopreneur is a business man that deals or promotes technological fields. Technopreneurship is the key to earn money through technology. The word came from 2 different words. First, technology, and next is entrepreneurship, where it means business. It could affect us really because now a day our environment is evolving especially in the fields of technology, right? And most of us are engage in these technologieis. We could not really deny it. Speaking of role in the business world, it is highly recommended to have a business which is attached with the technologies. And many people now are engage in this kind of business. It is a wide spread business all over the world.
Being an Information Technology Student, I didn’t really expect that I could take up this subject Technopreneurship. Why should we take up this subject? It is because it involves technology? My answer would really be a big yes! We are too close of having a better future someday if we follow the steps to be a successful technopreneur. It is also because I am an IT student and I am familiar with the technologies especially with computers. But this is not that easy to say that I am qualified to be a technopreneur someday. I should meet the characteristics for it to be a good and successful one. I know this is not that simple to bind in this area but there are no impossible if we have the courage to do it.
Everyone who wants to be a technopreneur should possesses these characteristics like Steve Jobs that he had the desire and should take an action, he is keen or passionate, hard-working, determined and knowledgeable enough and a wise decision maker and a lot more characteristics that if we are able to meet it we could be called as a new technopreneur. The most important to it are the skills, knowledge, passion and determined. Why skills??? It is what you can do or to perform a certain job well. Knowledge? Because if you don’t have the mind so how could we proceed to make it to the top. Passionate? It shows that we are inspired of what we are doing or what we love to do. Determined? It shows here that we are eager to the give out what we have. Because being a technopreneur, we should give out our very best , do the right things and take the consequences in very step that we are facing.
Many are involved in this even the younger ones or the older ones who have been develop their skills then the result to this is success. That’s why many professionals told that being a technopreneur is a risk taking activity and many of it is a risk taker because we should give out all our best to be successful.In the field of technopreneurship it can help our economy to go higher as what we expected and I know that it could really help to progress for our economy.
As of now I could not say right away that I could be a best technopreneur someday but these things should be happen if ever I am one of the lists in being a technopreneur. If I would be a technopreneur someday........

ØI would choose to build my business in an IT Park, to call the attention of the consumers.
ØI would like that many people are engaging in this kind of business because I inspired them.
ØI would not limit my scope in the business and I will be an open-minded person.
ØI would not be just a simple employee but I would be an employer to help many people and to help also the economic status of our country.
ØI would be the best technopreneur not just in Davao, not just in the Philippines but in a whole wide world.
ØI would also be thankful and I will enjoy every single moment and be contented of what is given to me by our God the father, the blessings which he showered upon me which is maybe the results of what I did. And I would offer all my success to our God who leads me from the start to an end of all the things I’ve encountered.
I could say that it is easy to write all the things I stated above but it was just a wish or let me say it’s a dream. A dream I want to become true. I would really look forward to have these things if ever I am in a line of technopreneurship. But it really depend on me on years goes by on what would I choose to take a path? All I should do is to set my priorities to be able to achieve such things as what I want to be. And I want that in a near future my parents would really be proud of what they daughters’ attained. And there is a saying that “If there’s no pain, there’s no gain”.
3. WOULD YOU TAKE THE SAME CAREER PATH THAT STEVE JOBS TOOK? WHY OR WHY NOT?
The Pirates of the Silicon Valley follows the subsequent development of the IBM-PC with the help of Bill Gates and the Microsoft in 1981. His driving forward the development of products that are both functional and elegant has earned him a devoted following. Jobs is listed as either primary inventor or co-inventor in over 230 both awarded patents and patent applications related to a range from actual computer and portable devices to user interfaces (including touch-based), speakers, keyboards, power adapters, staircases, clasps, sleeves, lanyards and packages. These are some of the things that Steve Jobs achieves.
Steve Jobs is one of the technopreneur in the world with a great desire in his heart and done the things he wants to, keen or passionate, hard working and determination, knowledgeable and wise. These are some characteristics that could be best describe to Steve Jobs, that’s why he succeed and it came to a point that he felt being contented in a way that all his wants and dreams happened as times goes by.In this situation, I would answer with a big YES! I would follow Steve Jobs’ career in a way that I could also help myself to have a good attitude and not to ruin the things that I almost risk my lives to have it. If I could be one of the technopreneur someday I must probably have the characteristics of being a good and successful technopreneur and I can make it to the top with my own simple little way because everyone is unique with their own special ways, and so do I. As I’ve done watching the film, I was so inspired by Steve Jobs and his team because they have the cooperation and team work to achieve the said project. Steve Jobs inspired me to engage in this kind of business even though I am still a student. I also admire him in all ways that he did to make it to the top. I get an idea that if all people were interested in this business then our economy crisis will decrease.Therefore, all of us could experience what Steve Jobs encountered.
But there is also a big NO, NO to my answer in the question stated above because I don’t want to follow his bad attitude towards in his environment. Like being an insensitive one, he was really the insensitive person I use to know which could really irritates and it struck me with the problem if we are working in a team and one of our team possessed this kind of attitude. So, it could really be a big impact to the failure of each individual within a company. As what I understand in the film that everyone who possessed these kind of attitudes like abusing every ones capacity, short tempered, arrogant and many other negative traits it could really not help to ourselves especially with the people around us and we know that it could lead us to face the failure of our lives.
As a technopreneur someday we should also have the courage to do want we want or what we want to achieve in our life. We should love what we are doing, we are a determined person, a broad or open minded person that must think and go beyond the limits, passionate to our jobs, focus on what we are doing,hard working person, confidence is also needed in this kind of business, trusting every onescapacity who are working in a team and trust yourself, we should also inspire each other to have a better performance or to come up with a great results and most of all is that we are a critical thinker were it involves the problem-solving takes place, lots of experiences in a field of technopreneurship, and we should have a wide ideas or knowledge about it.
Therefore, I choose to imitate Steve Jobs’ career path because it really shows that he achieve his goals and he is contented of what had happen to him. But the things that I don’t want to possess are that the bad attitudes he earned after he was already a successful technopreneur were he really change a lot. We should not put to our minds that all will happen to us are all success and happiness in life but we should also take the failures that comes to us because in that way we are able to prove to ourselves that failures is the best way to develop our strength and our capacity to go beyond what we expect from ourselves. We should put to our minds that failures may comes to us not to lead us down but to be a fighter to take the challenges which can help us to the near future.Everyone is welcome to be interested with technopreneurship but it requires a great decision coming from ourselves that we are willing to engross with this technopreneurship world.
